True, the digital space is vast and diverse, populated with code and tags, including href tags, which inspired the name of our blog. But there is also the great analog space, populated with its own code and tags, even analog hypertext references. Many thanks to Maret Nieländer, author of a recent href post, for sharing these href references from Braunschweig, created by an unknown graffiti artist. These markers are mysterious, yet intriguing, and maybe they carry the message that the seamless navigation between web pages, enabled by href tags, can also happen outdoors, in a urban space, where pedestrians and bicyclists navigate from land post to land post, href marker to href marker?
